Have my brekkie? I start at 10am, i dont want to eat to close to that cause i get stitches but i dont want to eat to early cause i need the energy, anyone know what time i should eat?

eat about 2 hours before you plan to exercise. don't eat a lot. make sure you're well hydrated. I exercise at 7AM or before and eat when I am through.
