I do not know everybody , but I am certain everybody thinks the worst of me.I have never done anything really bad.I have lived a fairly long life and I have never hurt anybody or cheated or stole.I just think people in general think I am a bad bad person.Why is that?

I love to sing some people say why am i not a star. I always say because nobody sees me as one . Now that may sound a little big headed i do not mean it to sound that way. I just love singing and if i sing in italian or spanish they say things like show off. And yet i am a secluded person the kind of guy people shun for some reason. my only friend is my wife who i adore and she adores me.And some people would say isn't that enough . Maybe it should be until i see everyone talking to one another and having a good time and i am excluded.and i have done nothing wrong . Am i a bad person i don't think i am ugly and i don't think anyone else is ugly beauty is in the heart so why do i feel invisible .

I'm hopeful that just by reading over what you wrote in this question, you will see that it really makes no sense. You say you've lived a 'fairly long life', so perhaps this dim view of yourself was placed in you while you were growing up. Perhaps you came from a family in which you were not the 'golden' child and were outshined by a sibling? Perhaps you did some little kid things that were over-reacted to by your parents and that has set up this self-defeating attitude. I don't think the worst of you; on the other hand, perhaps if I knew you better I would not be friends with you. Perhaps I would. But that would have as much to do with my personality in your eyes as it would my perception of you. You will find there will be people you simply don't like. That's okay; you don't have to do anything pro-active to hurt anyone, just move on! There are gazillions of people in this world; some will be like-minded and find friendship with you, others will move on. In any event, it's a two-way thing. Cut yourself a break -- just get out there and smile and assume you are a good person with much to offer, which I suspect is the case.

Hey toot, I know just what you mean. I feel the same way. People who don't even know me don't like me. I am always treated like sh*t, always stepped all over and pushed around. I also always feel that whenever something goes wrong, even if I didn't have anything to do with it at all, it is my fault. I am so incredibly depressed and sad I just wish I would drop dead. I'm sorry you are feeling this way. Low self-esteem and self-confidence seem to be a factor here, for both of us.

You know toot, maybe you are just a different bird, an original, and most people can't handle it when you are like that...people are cold and calloused these days, and unless you are rich, eighteen, and a phoney, they don't seem to have any use for you..sad too, because there are so many wonderful people out there, if people would get past judging them, and start knowing them for the wonderful people you are...I don't think that they think you are bad,...and the hell with them if they do

Adults more than anything think the worst of me. I constanly think I'm hated. It might be as well too, but it doesn't really matter just don't do anything that may make them think that! Prove them wrong. Otherwise just ignore, thats what i try to do. But it gets difficult

how old are you?
start loving yourself first.. do something that will help you feel accomplished. it can be painting a flowerpot you bought back, playing a game and accumulating points, going to the gym and feeling good with your sore muscles. lol
:) i do not think you are bad. if you are bad, would you care what others think of you? no you wont. so dont worry! :)
