I am in your shoes, but you are talking about a living language not math.

Do you live around hispanics? The internet is the last place to go. They say by attending a Spanish speaking church, you learn it 100 times faster because of the relationships you establish.

Look on the internet for a CD pacage to listen to and it will help you learn other languages.

I teach Spanish and find helpful www.istitutocervantes.es , then you'll need to subscribe to the AVE section, which is the virtual tutor.
