Do you thnk all those you care about- your spouse, children, grandchildren, etc. will also be saved?
Or wouldn't it matter because you would forget that they had ever existed?

No one is ever happy when a loved one does not Know the Lord. What we need to remember is that being saved is a choice. Those loved ones need to see Jesus in you. A lot of saved people claim salvation then live a life contrary to the word of God. Then we wonder why our friends and loved ones choose the other option.
Above all else continue to pray.
The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much

I would be sad that they were not saved, but I wouldn't give up my faith. I would keep hoping until the end that they would find their way to Christ.
I believe God considers the children and probably the spouses of saved people holy, because of what 1 Cor. 7:14 says.

What makes you think that they won't be saved? Did your "religion" tell you that? If so, I wouldn't be surprised. Ask yourself, just how "Christian" is it to believe that only those of your faith are "worthy" of being saved? Do you really think you are THAT special? How is that "man" thinks he has the knowledge or the wisdom to "decide" who gets "saved" and who does not? Isn't that for God to decide? Be careful what you buy into...just because a person tells you something doesn't necessarily make it so! There are many interpretations of the Bible...there are many different religions. Most of them believe just as you do, that if you aren't "one of them"- then you're destined for hell. I have a hard time believing that God would make all of this so damn confusing. It's the devil you say? Of course it is. Think about it. What you really need to understand about God's love is right there inside of you. Listen to your heart- not the masses...they (organized religion) will lead you down the wrong path. What divides us is never what God intended. Love unites. If you create a loving bond in this life, you will have it for eternity. Don't let Satan (or mankind) fool you into thinking otherwise. Love as many people as you can in this life. You have nothing to lose. If God created us with love, and God is love, then why would He want to destroy or terminate the very thing He represents? Why would He command us to love one another, and Him, and to live for our lives for love, only to take it away? You are right to ask your question. If the concept feels "wrong" to you, trust your what your heart is saying, for God is speaking to you.

I am grateful for what God has done for me and I hope my family and friends are saved but it is a choice and I will not turn away from God because someone else refuses to accept him, yes it dose matter a lot but I can't make them change.

Of Course, i would be happy being saved but also sad that my friends and family have not accepted Jesus Christ. I don't want to fit in with the world and become unsaved but id rather stick with Christ and try to help my fellow friends and family to understand who Jesus really is.

It wouldn't matter, because we will forget all that. But that is one reason that we marry into our religion. I don't want to be tortured on Earth knowing that my husband is going to Hell. That is too much for me to handle.
