Picture this, your watchin sports, doritos on hand and a beer in the other.
Remembering the doritors will mar the taste of the beer, which beer would u have?

I think it matters how thirsty or hungry I am. But I prefer Guiness. Not the extra stout though. Its harder to kill the taste of darker or heavier beers. Light beers dont go that good with doritos. Of course after about six it taste doesnt really matter. Good look luck with the riddle of beer.

Honestly, I haven't seen a commercial to tell me which one goes best with it.
But obviously if the chips are stale, use a beer like corona.
If the chips are fresh, I like a domestic lite beer.
