The doctrine of the Assumption says that at the end of her life on earth Mary was assumed, body and soul, into heaven, just as Enoch, Elijah, and perhaps others had been before her. It’s also necessary to keep in mind what the Assumption is not. Some people think Catholics believe Mary "ascended" into heaven. That’s not correct. Christ, by his own power, ascended into heaven. Mary was assumed or taken up into heaven by God. She didn’t do it under her own power.

The Church has never formally defined whether she died or not, and the integrity of the doctrine of the Assumption would not be impaired if she did not in fact die, but the almost universal consensus is that she did die. Pope Pius XII, in Munificentissimus Deus (1950), defined that Mary, "after the completion of her earthly life" (note the silence regarding her death), "was assumed body and soul into the glory of heaven."

The possibility of a bodily assumption before the Second Coming is suggested by Matthew 27:52–53: "[T]he tombs also were opened, and many bodies of the saints who had fallen asleep were raised, and coming out of the tombs after his resurrection they went into the holy city and appeared to many." Did all these Old Testament saints die and have to be buried all over again? There is no record of that, but it is recorded by early Church writers that they were assumed into heaven, or at least into that temporary state of rest and happiness often called "paradise," where the righteous people from the Old Testament era waited until Christ’s resurrection (cf. Luke 16:22, 23:43; Heb. 11:1–40; 1 Pet. 4:6), after which they were brought into the eternal bliss of heaven

Mary did die because she had original sin. Jesus is the only one who never sinned. You are correct, If Mary had never sinned, she would have never died and she could have been the sacrifice for our sin instead of or as well as Jesus. There is God's power in the blood of Jesus.because He is God's only begotten Son. And He is God.

Mary exchange into born without "unique Sin" because of the fact she exchange into in simple terms like absolutely everyone else. no person is born with "unique sin" because of the fact it does not exist. Tthe doctrine of unique sin isn't a Biblical theory. It exchange into formulated by Augustine, a bishop for the Roman Church approximately 4 hundred advert. Augustine held a twisted view of humanity and melded his pre-Christian philosophies with passages of Scripture that he lifted out of context, and assigned an interpretation that alter into no longer contained in the Bible.

Only Jesus was born without an earthly father, this is why he was free from original sin. Jesus is also the only person to have lived a sinless life. Many things you'll find in the Catholic church are not in scripture, they are merely man's traditions.

There is a difference between spiritual death and physical death. We all physically die. But those in Christ have eternal life, as the passage says. So Mary has eternal life.

Where does it say that she died? Look I'm not a christian and I don't care but if you want to present an argument at least have some biblical evidence. And supaypahuahua above is right, don’t be so literal in everything, your bible is full of mysticism, mythology, and parables, didn't you notice?

Catholics are in another "dreamland" where fairy tales are real to them. Those that hear the words of God and know the truth are those belonging to God. No if or buts you guys. Either you hear God and know the truth or you don't hear and know lies. We know where lies come from.

She did not die. God moved her from Earth to Heaven while she was alive. That is called the Assumption.
