Why does JIM aka ALPEREN aka ARMENIA, GREECE, FRANCE + THE BEST etc etc etc stalk SELIN87 and publish personal information about her??
Also why does he keep changing his name and creating new accounts, and also keep his profile private, Does he have something to hide??????

I don't know anything about the situation you refer to, but of course it's wrong. It would be wrong if he was young, but an old man doing that is disgusting. How did he get any information is the next thing? Is the young girl indiscreet on the net? If she's not careful, all kinds of people can find her interesting.

Consent must be must be freely given, specific and informed and should be obtained at the time. Personal information has already given by user Jim. these personal details publisher giving could be used to trace and harm this girl.
All Internet users should be made aware of the potential problems of giving out information. Never divulge anyone else's personal information, and only supply minimal, untraceable details, such as a first name. if any complain made BY the victim or her parents 'Jim' could face prosecution. it is a CRIME
