Pressure and pain can also be indicators of a sinus infection. I would also recommend getting in touch with your doctor to have them evaluate the situation further to see what they think is going on.

Hi there - I have had sinus pain and it hurts!! Have you recently - over the last month or two had a nasty cold. Could still be gunge deep in the sinuses which is infected which is why you feel okay apart from the sinus pain. This happened to me. My best suggestion is not to use any nasal sprays that dry up the nose as they can make the matter worse. I always use Fess spray. Heard of it? It is a natural salty water product you spray up each nostril which softens anything up there and cleanses out the sinus cavities. Buy from a pharmacy and spray it up each nostril. Wait 5 minutes and blow . It is fabulous!. There is no limit to the length of time you can use it and it is ph balanced to match our bodies and the secretions exactly. Use that two of three times daily with good clearing nose blows and some hot shower steams too! I guarantee you will clear out the gunge and your sinus pain will clear up within a couple of days without antibiotics. Best of luck

Hi deli_cate2 - I suffered sinus pain for years, until I took a homeopathic remedy called Sinuspax. The treatment lasted about 2 weeks and the problem has never returned, it's now been over 20 years ! Meanwhile try not to sniff, ever, or get water up there if you go swimming, this would always set off my sinus infection, and may be a trigger for yours too. Wishing you all the best.

I have had the same issue since i was little but a while back got much better since i started using a colloidal silver spray and a netipot. Sinus infections are known to generall be caused by many different pathogens, which include bacteria, fungus and virus which the silver helps get rid of... Colloidal silver is known to be the safest and most potent for human body natural antiseptic, fighting against 700 species of pathogens. Lack of silver in human body leads to immune system disorder, resulting in cold, viral and infectious diseases.... so i use this silver spray (instead of any pharmaceutical spray) a couple of times a day and i hardly ever have a blocked nose or a cold anymore. The netipot is another wonderful little saver - its a sinus irrigation tool used to naturally cleanse, refresh, and protect the nasal passages It has been used for thousands of years in Ayurvedic medicine to alleviate sinus and allergy problems. I use it every morning and my nose feels so clear and i can breathe without even hearing myself afterwards. :) Once you start using these two tools you'll be amazed at the difference it will make... Good luck!

You should check this Sciatica Natural Treatment
http://cure-sciatica.info

Normally, I would not answer a question like this as my expertise is generally in medication but I had severe sciatica while I was pregnant with my 3rd child (after having had twins) and I had sciatica so bad that I was finding it difficult to walk. I tried massage therapy and physical therapy and could not take medication
I went to the chiropractor and the pain was instantly relieved. My hips and lower back were out of alignment because I had carried twins the year before. On occasion a Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) can also work but they usually only work on one joint at a time - the chiropractor will do your whole back which works faster. Anyone who does not believe in chiropractors will tell you they are quacks - don't listen.
I don't necessarily believe that chiropractors can cure things like diabetes but they can definitely relieve some types of back pain especially if a pinched nerve is involved which is usually the cause of sciatica. Try a reputable chiropractor ASAP!

There is no medicine for H/A OR MIGRAINE. Not only these but for almost all painful diseases. Hence they become chronic.
Acidity, excessive wind, cold , heat, sour food and sinusitis, constipation, intestinal inflammation;
Blockage in the flow of Vital Energy are their causes. None of them can be treated with medicine. Our 100% success in treating migraine &H/A confirms it.

Acupuncture is the best treatment. I can treat it with naturopathy and YOG, but how can you manage pl see.
Avoid late sleeping if possible;spicy, sour, stale bakery foods and alcohole.
Sweet foods, sweet fruits, milk, rice and good sleep will help you.
But you try one herbal remedy- two drops of drumstick leaves' juice in opposite nostril if one side pains and both nostrils if full H/A will give you rescue. Betel leaf helps but it isvery strong.
If it is acute pl search a painful point 3-6 mm behind your thumb nail and press it, H/A will disappear within 30 seconds.

Some thyroid disorders can be cured, but many require lifetime treatment. Learn here https://tr.im/3UT25
For example, sometimes early stage thyroid cancer can be cured by surgery to remove the thyroid gland, but you will need to take thyroid hormone medication afterwards for the rest of your life. Goiters can also be surgically removed and do not always recur after surgery. In most cases, thyroid disorders need treatment over a lifetime. However, with treatment most people with thyroid disorders can live normal, healthy lives.

Hi,
You may have infected sinusitis which is a horrible pain.
Your doctor may prescribe antibiotics and recommend inhaling steam with some menthol drops to ease the pressure.
Take regular painkillers and rest.
Hope you feel tip top soon.
