A catholic priest can not be "unpriested". They can lose their job or their function, but they will always be able to peform the sacraments. Church authorities can ask them not to perform.
Example: If this murdering priest absolves somebody, just before this person dies, this person will go to heaven.

Hello Noo Noo, this monster is not a priest he is the scum of the earth. And the Catholic Church would gain more respect,
if they chucked scum like him out.
A few months ago in Glasgow, a Catholic Priest admitted in Court during a murder trial, that he had sex with the murdered victim.
He also admitted he paid a prostitute one hundred pounds, to walk about naked in his room, in the Chapel house, he was kicked out.
I say kick all the scum out.

My children go to a Catholic school and it has their church next door to it, so the priest is always in contact with the school. The priest there was recently found to be looking at child porn on the parish computer at grade 4 (which is the highest grade). He was found guilty but NOT sent to prison and is now in a safe house being looked after my other Catholic priest.
This seems to be the norm with Catholics, when will they stop putting our children at risk?

Those that shield or protect him from the law are just as bad as him in my opinion. You see it going on all the time with priests (some are pedophiles) and their leaders protect them. How can they claim to follow God? That's what amazes me the most, and how can those who shield them have a good conscience with God & pray to him? They ought to be thoroughly ashamed of protecting such ones.

Priests can and do receive restrictions from the Vatican if and when they are proved guilty of bad behavior, they can be prohibited from practicing their priestly ministry and in severe cases they can be reduced to the status of a lay-person..
If you believe that only Catholic Priests do this type of evil then you should check out this site;

nb. He can still use a pay as you go.
Edit- Susie s. Glasgow again, last week police charged a perverted roman catholic priest in Penilee Glasgow with abuse offences,
they found him half naked on the floor of his church surrounded with sex toys, that`s satanic.

Tricky question ...and blasphemous too ....I feel like its aggressively targetted toards an individual ......
back to your question !!I personally think its high time the Catholic Church has to review the Canon Law to suit mordern times. The Church has been too Conseravtive n some straight forward issues!

What is the difference between a catholic priest and a Beaconsfield mine manager?
(One keeps his miners in a shaft and the other keeps his shaft in minors)

If he was convicted he should be executed for such atrocious crimes. If he was guilty and not convicted then he will be punished by Allah (God) in the hereafter for his sins. Allah (God) knows best!
