Get off your seat, stop asking questions and run you fatty! Stop eating like a pig and start running! No more pop and stay away from foods that has a lot of carbs. Don't eat before you eat and don't sit on your fat a$$ all the time. No more Mcdonalds!

Okay, you asked for it. Since I've answered a few of your questions I think I can tell what your feeling and asking for.
Those jeans that you tried on a few days ago were a bit tight weren't they? I wouldn't advise wearing them to your wine tasting party, LOL
I think that your butt is hanging a bit to, and those thighs need some toning done to them. So you do need to hit the gym.
I don't think your fat, but I think you need to lose a few pounds.
If the doctor can help you then get your butt in there.
You want your son to be proud of you don't you? It's nice to show off your hot mom.
so do it for him. Make him proud.

I could do that but you have to motivate yourself into getting fit,it's for you,so if you don't want to stay the same way then you should start on this sooner rather than later,as it will be easier. Good Luck :) (I guess I did it lol)

Try this website for facts: http://www.cdc.gov/nccdphp/dnpa/bmi/. It will tell you if you're at a healthy weight or not. For your health, try walking half an hour a day and cutting out junk food. That's healthy for everybody.

i dont care what shape u are everyone should get excersise.if u work out regardless of ur shape or weight u will feel better and be healthy!good luck and dont be so hard on ur self.
