You may only lose 2lb because you eat too many calories. You need to stay on a strict diet, since you can`t exercise more than 30 min. Also, you need to know how many calories you burn while you work out. The whole idea with losing weight is to burn more calories than you eat. I suggest you use a calorie counter.
