My friend SHIVA does not dance in any place since he does not know how to dance. On the other hand if you are referring to God Shiva he dances all over this World. God Shiva dances in 108 different styles which are copy book style of dancing for any upcoming emerging dance artists. God Shiva originally displayed his dance styles in Chidambaram, Tamilnadu, India.

Shiva dances, on this material universe. Apart form that he wont dance, outside. His duty is bounded to a particular universe, and every universe has its own Shiva.
There is a spiritual sky and also spiritual planets, where these effects don't take place, nor they are applicable/ neither possible.

in my views SHIVA means TIME...HE (time)is a great dancer...HE(time) is dancing everywhere, BUT HE(time) is changing HIS dance steps are very very fast..We cant run away from HIS dance..the same way we cant run away from TIME...it is everywhere..So we have to face every situation gracefully that it is only a dance step of LORD SHIVA..
