Best thing is to find out why you feel like this.
If you think you could be pregnant get that diagnosed or it could another underlying condition. For example GERD or Hiatal Hernia
I suffer from GERD and get nausea occasionally, not so much since i chnaged my diet.
If the nausea is because you are pregnant you could try using ginger (in any form)....drinks, cubes, tea etc....
Vitamin B12 is also goo. Eating little & often & aviding greasy foods & eating late at night.d
If its something like increased stomach acid. You could get a doctor to prescribe you with something to reduce the acid (PPI - proton pump inhibitor) Eg Pantoprazole, omperazole..etc & you could ask for an anti-emetic (anti sickness tab)
I am currently on metaclopromide. They can make you drowsy so beware of that. Also try avoiding fatty foods, spicy, citrus foods, dont eat late at night. In the day if you feel hungry have a little something as hunger can sometimes manifest itself as nausea.
Hope this helps

I am an alternative medicinal therapist and an ex nurse and you find out WHY first. It may be something you have eaten that you are allergic to such as dairy products, you may have a serious digestive problem or constipation. Ginger will help you can get this is crystallised form, capsule form or as a wine from the health store. Ginger is excellent for this problem but see your Dr to rule out anything serious

First, find out why you feel like this.
Is it something you're eating or are you not eating enough (stomach acid makes you feel like this)
How long has this lasted?
Are you pregnant?
Take ginger in high doses as tea, capsules etc. also peppermint/peppermint tea.
Drugs; compazine/stemetil, domperidone/motilium, maxolon/metoclopramide are some to take.
I wouldn't put up with feeling like that. I would find out what's causing it then I wouldn't need to take drugs or teas.

I'd go to your doc first to find out why you are being sick! Ginger is supposed to help relieve nausea. Also if you don't eat properly when feeling nauseus make sure you keep hydrated (ice lollies are good for this!). When I had hyperemesis when pregnant I was prescribed Stemetil suppositries and they worked really well. Good luck.

If cannabis was allowed for medical use, it would be the top drug to combat nausea.
