losing weight quick, what diet can help me lose like 30lbs quick?

Drink lots of water, exercise. Eat more often, but smaller portions, this will increase your metabolism. Try to cut out snack foods, such as potato chips, cookies, etc.

You will lose muscle mass if you do it quick- and how quick is quick?
Niacin will flush your system, make you full of energy, not hungry and most of all make your hands and feet feel like they are on fire. You will lose weight quickly taking it however if you take to much it can cause a trip to the hospital mental ward.

Also- a general question about how can I lose 20, 30, 45 pounds quick isn't really a good question. That is because no one knows your metabolism, your overall muscle, fat ratio et. A fat person can lose weight quickly to start but it will taper off.

If you could include some facts perhaps a better answer would follow.

Don't do it. If you lose it quick, you gain it back quick, and the weight shifts around so you look worse, like one of those starving African kids with the big bellies.
