I am 34 years old and I weight 163 for the past 3 years my weight is been the same it does not matter what I do I use to exercise like crazy before I got pregnant but it was the same during my pregnancy I did continue to exercise for the first months and I gain weight slowly by the end of my pregnancy I was 180 after I came home from the hospital I was 159 but days later came back to 163 and been there without any exercise for 8 months I really want to loose some weight , I want to try weight watchers but I'm not sure if would work for me any advice??
Do you think I may have a metabolic condition? or something else?

Well, if you are not happy with the weight, check with your doctor and see if weight watchers is good for you. They also can prescribe you weight loss pills if your doctor think it's ok. If I were you, I would ask him to check your thyroid first to make sure it's ok before any diet plan.

use the freezer to add some extra oomph to summer foods freeze grapes for some bite sized delights or get a popsicle mold and freeze some greek yogurt with berries

www.weightwatchers.com to find a meeting. It works well but you have to stick with it. It's the only diet program shown to work. I would really recommend it, you have nothing to lose but your weight.
