Just walk up to them and ask them for their number. Don't beat around the bush about. Don't go stalkin them through the mall and such. What is the worse that can happen besides them saying no. Don't be afraid of rejection. Be confident. The more confidence you have in yourself the better they will like you if they are available.

Bend your knees,place your left or right arm behind her kneecaps and support her weight with your free arm. simultaneously lift her gently . (She´s then picked up) ! Eventually you´ll have to put her down. Whenso very gently. Have fun.
