LIKE is when you have a crush and you want to be with someone.
LOVE is when you're willing to give anything and everything to be with that person and you will do anything for that person.

I think the word love is just that. A word. SOmething that is flinged around like throwing trash out of the window on the highway. The feeling of love is another story. The expression of love is very powerfull. Saying the word love is too easy that it is many times meaningless.

Basically, it is but love in words is useless if not accompanied by actions. When one say I love you but do nothing to prove he loves you then the word love has no power but when one say he love you and show love in action then thats a powerful word. LIKE is entirely different from LOVE. Like is a swallow meaning and action while love is a deep and serious feeling.

Yes, I think that LOVE is a powerful word. To me, I think that our society has overused the word LOVE and lost its true meaning...I do believe in LOVE and do hold it sacred for the one I love:) There is a big difference between love and like!

yes it is.. a guy i really really really really "loved" told me he loved me.. and i coudnt say it back.. i really loved him for a long long time and i still want to be with him.. but the word was so powerful that i coudnt say it back.. and now.. well.. i cant ever be with him :( hehe
