Because one of my friends which bodybuilds says peanuts are a good source he buys the ones from the liquor stores or any store I think they are japenese peanuts he says he eats like 2 packets of each, every time he works out, I mean he does looks ripped and toned is it true?

Oh he also says that Milk is also a great source of Protein! Is he right Cuz i want to believe him but I don't really know he tellsme to eat this and drink that as well! Is he Right? If not Then What is?
