Well i'm 16 131 pounds. to me dis is out shape becuase prior to me moving i was only 110 maybe 115 but that was maybe because i did alot of walking n i hardly ate (no eating disorder wasnt much food to eat)
but now i live wit my grandparents they eat alot they like alot of meats n i stop eatin sum meats cause it grosses me out but i really uncomfortable with my current apearence and i was wonderin safe ways to get n shape
i do alot of running because of my sport but wat else would help me to lose weight

its not so more losing the weight i kno i should be bout that weight range i jus wanna get my body back into shape a heathy way
