I want to quit my current job because I don't like a few of my coworkers, or is that such a lame reason?

It depends on the job and how replaceable it is. If interaction with these coworkers in a big part of the job and you could get as good a job somewhere else, why put up with it.

You would be best off finding an alternate job first, then leaving your current one.

Unfortunately no one likes everyone they work with, just a fact of life.. you just have to kind of stay away from them and do your work, and hope for the best.. getting another job could be worse.. you never know who you may end up working with !!

Not so immature now days, however you will find people you will not like to work with till the day you retire. You may have just learned starting early.

I was afraid too when i started my first shift and had to work with others at first. Then I realised my co-worker has similar interests as me. Though, I was a different race, I started a conversation about when he started working and if it was his first job etc.

Yes, you should deal with it unless you don't need the money. They will be gone eventually anyhow if you are all young they won't last long. Maybe you could work at liking them.
