Shall we open our borders to all countries for free access or tighten it's security and scrutinize even more?

Let all people move freely about America with no structure (anyone can live or work here)? or Close the border down and scrutinize who we let in. Kinda like make them write a thesus on why they deserve to enter our country and what they have to offer us if we let them in the door. Maybe even add refrences from official sources. Let get some ideas out here!

Well... The USA definetly need the review its official immigration procedures.

Instead of having so many requirements for new immigrants, how about just a few requirements, like the following:

- be obedient
- don't make trouble
- regulary pay tributes

Anyone whether it's an immigrant or not who make any big trouble will be immediately ship to penal colonies in Alaska and so on, to work there for a few months or even years. The most extreme ones would be terminated on site.

The problem is that while this new policy probably is much more saner than the current one and probably will work much better too, the 'rights' groups probably won't tolerate the new policy.



As for scrutinizing who are let in.

Everyone who leave and enter are potential troublemakers.

The trick is to let the flow of people move efficiently, but in the same time also filtered out the troublemakers. This can be seen on how they talk, act, and dress.

Smooth troublemakers always attempt to be like most people, while most people do not attempt to be like most people.

Idiotic troublemakers are always the most visible and tend to be use as decoys, they are best not to be dealt with unless they directly threaten their current enviroment.

Smooth troublemakers that attempt to be like idiotic troublemakers probably can be seen through their disguise once they stop acting idiotic.


Also what is best is not too much focus one single border between countries, but instead a sharp focus on borders at multiple levels.

The borders could be at:
- country level, for between countries
- state level, for between states
- county level, for between counties
- city level, for between cities
- community level, for between communities


The borders should be in the form of roads or whatever transportation ways, since the transportation ways will allow border patrols to move easily between guard posts, plus also any movement in the ways can be easily detected.

The borders shouldn't be physical fences/walls, since physical fences/walls can be easily defeated.

The borders should in multiple layers, so that a person that bypass the first layer and the second layer probably can be caught at later layers.

The terror attacks of Sep. 11 prove that US can no longer let in anyone. The simple fact is that at the beginning of the 21st centuary there are a lot of people in this world who hate America and want to kill Americans. This is not a race issue, this is a national security issue. America needs to close down the borders and cut down on visas to people of certain backgrounds. America needs to be a fortress, so that way our way of life can continue. This is also not mean or cruel, every nation has a god given right to defend its territory and secure its borders. With the world the way it is we have no choice in the matter we must secure the borders now.

The government should require Americans and those living in America to have identity papers. To control the movement of people, all those living in the U.S. should require an internal passport to move from one region or city to another. Secret police should make random checks of people on the street to ensure that their papers are in order; if not, that person should be placed in protective detention until his or her identity can be sorted out.

If people are going to come here from other countries they need to work, not just collect welfare or other Government money. We should NOT close the borders, BUT criminals should not be sent here because their countries don't want to deal with them. This country was built by immigrants, so everyone has the right to come. I just don't want my tax money paying for someone to pop out babies and sit on their butts.
