C or D both sound fairly informal. B is too wordy and A is quite formal.
Good luck :-)

If you're looking for fairly informal, then certainly (A), though you could make it a little better by saying, "I am in receipt of your February order." Sentence (C) isn't too bad but the other two are very formal.

I agree with those who say none of them are particularly good if you want to sound informal. Try something like "Thank you for your order of February 10, which arrived today."
Or "We have just received your order of February 10."

C is good.
A = a bit bossy... like your talking down to them.
B = cognizant is too much like someone trying to be clever
C = Fine
D = Ok-ish.... but still a bit unfriendly.. who wants to "be advised" after you've just paid for something? You want something like... Dear Mr.. Thank you for your order of February 10th which is now being processed. We expect to post your item via Royal Mail on... "

How approximately E: we are satisfied to be in receipt of your order dated 10 February. putting some emotion into your reaction makes you a greater personable, friendly company to paintings with. My 2 cents.

I wouldn't use any of them. Personally, I'd say "Thank you for your order of February 10th".
PS - B is just ridiculous. Who uses the word cognisant in a letter?!

C is best. The others are not really more formal but just poorly written. It's always better to use simple, straightforward language.
