General Mormon is usually depicted as a buff, muscular, Nordic Aryan man with all sorts of armor and leather and bracelet bling who looks like he could walk in and out of a gay biker bar with 1000 stripling groupies.

I think Moroni was adopted, or a least his junior partner.

These pictures hang on the walls of nearly any chapel, and are unquestionable true.

Weird enough, in my 3 years of being a lay-member, and 2 years of being a missionary, I have yet to find a single LDS scripture referring to homosexuality. Nope! Not in the Book of Mormon nor the Doctrine & Covenants.

So this seems to be a weird issue:

- The church has said the homosexuality is an atrocious sin, and the worst next to murder and apostasy.
- Joseph Smith RESTORED the gospel in its FULLNESS!

Yet God never thought to mention one of the most atrocious sins in his RESTORED AND FULFILLED gospel???

WEIRD!

(Even more funny...)
In the Pearl of Great Price, specifically in the Book of Moses (Joseph Smith's translation of the Books of Moses [Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers, and Deuteronomy]) there is no mention to "laying with mankind as with womankind" as being an "abomination unto the LORD" as it is stated in the KJV (Leviticus).

So Joseph Smith even had the chance to RESTORE the Bible to its proper state, as it was prior to evil-doers ADDING AND TAKING AWAY FROM THE SIMPLE AND PRECIOUS TRUTHS (as we are taught from Primary, all the way to Gospel Doctrine Classes) yet he didn't think to mention such an abomination?

Maybe the whole idea of homosexuality being an abomination is one of those things that was added to the gospel that wasn't suppose to be there, and thus homophobia actually facilitated the APOSTASY!

Just a theory...
Don't worry, I don't really believe this. After all, I don't even believe in God anymore. ;)
