yes of course.
Eating disorders are some very tough stuff. A good way to help stop your eating disorder is to think of someone that looks up to you, like a little sister or a little neighbor that always follows you. every time you think "I'm sooo fat" or something in that genre imaging them seeing you thinking like that...
You wouldn't want them to see you that way, would you?
Also, eating disorders are triggered by a traumatic experience, like someone or something close to you passing away, or all your friends abandoning you, try to think of that certain trauma is. I promise that helps.
If it makes you feel any better, I'm not an adult.
When I was bulimic i would hate it when adults gave me advice like this.
I really hope this helps, and your beautiful no matter what anyone says. =]

You haven't given much information. But what would be important to know is whether you get some payoff from having it. Does having it make you happier than not having it? If it does, you should investigate why it does. If having the disorder makes you miserable, but you can't seem to stop, you might be self-destructive. But in a sense this might be easier to deal with because you don't find happiness in having it, so it could be easier to deal with; see a counselor.

Some females don't eat to avoid their first period as they don't want to become a reproducing female. If you are over eating and over sexed you will have a struggle. There is a move out now claiming the anaerobic bacteria is causing our binge eating . Some countries have aerobic bacteria in their houses and gray water is not ''p''trapped. Can you write another question to explain what is your worry.

what kind of eating disorder? over eating or under eating?
i will presume it is a case of anorexia or bulimia nervosa, if this is true, then you got to have a psychiatrist at hand.
drug therapy or behavioral therapy will do the job.
