I think you should try to connect with everyone on a case by case basis. Judge them for their personalities, not the labels connected to them. You could miss out on an amazing learning experience to step outside your comfort zone and find the greater world out there. I picture Jesus as someone who was more accepting and less excluding.

I don't know about God. He/she/it seems a fairly narrow-minded, jealous, and possessive character with a personality disorder as represented in the Bible or amongst most Christians I know. So I'd ignore it. Agnostic or whatever, it would pay to select your company from people you like, are interested in, and have thought about what they believe and what they do. At worst you might learn something, and enjoy the exchanges. And no relationship is a prison for life - unless it's a closed congregation. So - your life; your choice.

If the agnostic in question happens to be "I Am No One", then hell to the yes!
To "I Am No One": Hey, man, I know you don't swing that way, but if I'm going to date an agnostic, then I'm going to date the coolest one out there! ;)

LOL - Well, since God didn't call me up and tell me I shouldn't, I married him.
And I've happily been married to agnstic for 15 years now - we even - GASP! - had a child who is equally agnostic!

I did, and it just didn't work.
It's weird cause I'm friends with her now, and I realize the ways in which she just doesn't get me or my God.
For two people to be together they have to connect on many levels and their spirituality is a big one.

Yes. I would much rather date a kind-hearted agnostic than someone that follows a faith( but doesn't practice it.)
"faith without works is dead" Paul, New Testament.
A persons actions are what count to me.

The bible says not to be unequally yoked, a Christian should not date nonbelievers. Having friends that are agnostics, etc. is fine.

I wouldn't give a horses' rectum what any made up god thought. I am an independent female person and I say who I shall or shall not date.
and my husband feels the same!

I am an agnostic (not to be confused with an atheist). God loves me.
