The problem with most pet owners. They let their animals go to the bathroom anywhere they want. That's why most yards look like what comes out of them.
Did you know that you can have a great looking yard without all the mess to cleanup allover the yard. You do what I call potty spot train them.
This will take some effort on your part and who's ever around. You start by taking your pet out every day at the same time. You then pick out a spot in the part of the yard that would be easy to cleanup. A place that people won't walk through and step in their pile.
At the popper time place a leash on your puppy and lead him out to the spot you have picked for his bathroom place. Once at the spot don't let them leave the area you picked. Let them sniff only that area and that spot. Stay there until they finally go. Once their done reward them with a treat and a lot of love, in about 2 weeks you'll be able to let them out on their own and they will go to that spot giving you a small place to clean up, keep your yard beautiful.
Remember to keep the place clean and reward them when they come in.

Use the crate training method. When you take her out of her crate to go potty, carry her outside to the spot you want her to use. Have her on a leash so she can't go where she had been going. Encourage her to go where you want her to go, then praise her a ton when she does it right, you can even offer a small treat.
You will need to consistantly do this with her until she is able to do the right thing on her own. :Because she is so young you can expect results to start in a few weeks. But potty training can take up to a year, depending on your dog. Just be consistant, use the crate method and keep her tethered to you. She will catch on and will see how much she pleases you when she goes in a certain spot and will do it from then on. Just stay positive, never anger. Just try to redirect her to the right spot. Patience, perseverance, and praise.

Best of luck!

Use pet stain and odor remover on the spot where she is not supposed to go. They make a spray that will attract the animal to potty where you want them to. Get some of that too. It'll work.
You might also want to try moving the poop to the right place and leaving it there until the next poop. She might pick up that her poop is in a different spot and go there. It might work??!

What's a Bullion puppy? I've never heard of that particular breed. And,do you mean she's pooping on the sidewalk? I'd let her, then it's much easier to clean up,and your grass won't turn brown!

Every time she starts to go take her to the spot, like physically pick her up and put her where you want her to go. Its a lot of work, but I think she will get it eventually. Whats pavers??
