my friend got pulled over the other night for negliant driving. upon further investigation the cops found out he was driving on a suspended license and had no insurance. he got a ticket for all three of these and has to go to court this week.........my question is does he have to go to jail? and what is the penalty for these?

I am sorry to say, that the good people of TN. are tired of people like your friend. And he will only get what he deserves.
I hope you have learned from your friends misjudgement, not to choose the same path for your life.
Yes, they can put him in jail, just like they did to Paris Hilton.
If he gets smart mouthed with the judge! I pitty him!

Maybe, I'm sure his record will come into play. Since he has already had his license suspended I'm assuming he has been in trouble with the law before. I have to give him 50/50 on some jail time here. The ticket for no insurance surprises me though, Tennessee is one of the few states where insurance is not mandatory. Unless there is a lien on the vehicle your friend should not have been cited for that

I'm from TN memphis to be exact and did u know if someone tries to go into your house without permission u have the right to
kill them

Definitely, three violations will mean an imprisonment if no valid excuses are presented in court.
