Herbalife question?

Question

When I take herbalife formula 1 with protein powder adder, I will get hungry like I am starving. Is this very common and safe? The hcl in the stomach won't actually burnt any hole in the stomach and cause gastric rite?

I am quite worried about getting gastric. Btw, can someone tell me what the maximum weight loss in a week with formula 1 vanila only? Without any other supplements or pills, just f1 alone

hunger is the language your body speaks to let you know it needs more energy (calories) - you will never gona lose a gram of fat by starving/depriving your body - all you will lose is water weight and muscle and slow down your metabolism and then gain it all back because you are not gona be able to keep it up every day of your life -and diets work only if you can do that - stick to something so it becomes your lifestyle.
dont waste any more money on fad diets and think about your health.

I am not sure about the herbalife way of losing weight but I know it is a Direct Sales company. You would best get accurate information from the person who sold you the product.

My understanding is that the products are not suitable for everybody. I have learnt of people suffering certain side effect. In fact many people didn't see the result after years of using.
Imagine the products can produce the result in very short period doesn't serve well to your body. The outcome should be over a period of time so that your body can gradually adjust to it, else it will complicate health in one way or another.

Safe weight loss is no more than 2 pounds per week. BTW your worrying will cause you more gastric problems than anything. If you are worrying about taking it, then quit.
