Hello all. I am eighteen-years-old and I am interested in a thirty-year-old that I work with. We flirt constantly, so I think the affection is returned. But anyhow, my question about this is regarding the male sex drive. I've been told that men in their thirties don't hold a candle to men in their twenties, and I'd like some imput. I've never been with ANYONE, so I don't know what to think.
Please don't judge, just offer advice if possible.

Well - since I'm 39, I'm biased. BUT - I can tell you that a 30 yr. old is going to have A LOT more sensitivity to your needs than a 20-something. A 30 yr. old is also in his physical prime. He's *just* coming into his peak strength years and will have about 20 yrs of real power and stamina. There are 50 yr. old marines who can run 20-somethings into the ground. The reason that they can is that a 50 yr. old knows that the only limit he has is his mind.
Plus - a 30 yr. old has at least had a couple of lovers and is going to be much more gentle with you and caring than a typical 20-something.
Also - a 30 yr. old will appreciate you more! He's going to feel like several million dollars having you on his arm. More so if he's your *first*. He will appreciate it and make sure that your experience is really good...instead of lame and disappointing.
SO - GO FOR IT!! You won't regret it.

I HAD AN AFFAIR WITH AN 18 YEAR OLD WHEN I WAS 30. I know she preferred me as a lover to men her own age because . . . . she kept sleeping with me - on and off - for YEARS. And there is the proof you need to know that what you HEARD . . . is WRONG.

LMFAO!!!! SERIOUSLY . . . YOU WERE LIED TO.
Twenty somethings (girls too) do NOT know how to have sex. I am 40 and I KNOW what I am talking about. While our sex "drive" and the deisre to have sex every 5 seconds is not the same as it was at 21 . . . I am a WAY better lover NOW than I ever was.
Men in there 30s and 40s have learned what it REALLY takes to sexually satisfy a woman . . . . .and getting an erection every time the wind blows IS NOT IT.
If you don't believe me now . . . you WILL.

As a man myself, I have no personal experience with older or younger men, but unless this guy is a 30 yr old virgin, he could at least "show you the ropes". And hey, if you haven't ever had relations with anyone else, you aren't gonna know the difference, so don't worry about it! If things happen to work out between the two of you, you will never know what you are missing (or not), and if things don't you can find out if the rumors are true when you hook up with your next guy.
And I won't judge, but I would say I can't imagine any 30 yr old guy who wouldn't be cool with landing an 18 yr old chick, so yeah, the attraction, at least is probably mutual. Just keep in mind that at his age, he is likely looking for one of two things:
(1) a hot young piece of *** to make himself feel good
(2) a lady to settle down with sooner than you might be ready

Honey it all depends on the guy. They say that males hit their sexual peak at 17 and women at 30. But I am married to a 50 year old that would put 20 year olds to shame. I am also 50 and my drive is wonderful as well. So really it has more to do with the guy as an individual. That is true for women too.

I used to have a thing for older men, too, and I had heard the same thing. I think it's a general truth, but not applicable to all men. Some men have no clue what to do with a female body, regardless of their age.
Make sure, before getting involved with this man, that he's wanting to be with you because he truly likes you, not because he wants to get laid. And honey, don't just give it away. Your virginity is a beautiful thing and you don't want to give it to anyone.
I was 22 when I had sex for the first time, and it was with the man I married. He's my age, and the good thing I find in that is that we learn together what pleases one another.

You have been listening to stereotypes. I would think that a 30 yr old would be better than a 20 yr old, if for no other reason than more experience

Advice: Stay away from this guy as long as you both work in the same company. Once the attraction cools off, your working in the same place ain't gonna be fun.

I wouldn't worry about the sex drive. If u do go out with him take it slow. It may work out, but the age difference is pretty big.

well it varies with me...some men in their 20's dont care if the woman gets her climax during sex. most men in their 30's are very experience and they are the ones who care more if a woman enjoyed sex just as much...so all in all it varies...from person to person...but as far as messing with an older person you have to be careful especially when your as young as you are...men know how to string women along to get what they want from then and they dont know any better but they think they do...and they dont understand til its to late...
