You can do several meals out of chicken.

You can do Mexican Chicken

In casserole dish put chicken breasts and salt and pepper them. In a bowl mix in one can of cream of mushroom soup and one can of cream of chicken soup, can add either milk or water to make it a little creamier, add 1/2 can of mild green diced chilis in the can, and 1 can of chopped black olives.

Cook until almost down. Can top with crushed corn flakes and cheese.

Put over white rice and serve with veggie on the side.

Chicken breasts in crockpot with BBQ sauce. Serve with baked potato and salad on side.

Beanie weenies and macaroni and cheese

Lightly egg wash and flour chicken breasts and bake in oven serve with fries

Soup and tuna melts

Pizza

Chicken Salad with some crusty toasted bread

Alrighty. here's some ideas.

Spaghetti - it's easy and doesn't require many ingredients: noodles & a can of sauce. You could also make chicken parmasean spaghetti.

Baked chicken - baking the chicken in the oven is easy and there's many ways to change it up. You could back it with italian dressing and other veggies, or with shake-and-bake bread crumbs.

Roast - if you have a crock pot, this is extremely easy. Throw in a roast with potatoes and carrots. Add Lipton Onion soup mix & water and you are good to go!

I hope this helps! Goodluck

No, I usually just make my own meals since I am the only one in my family who eats Organic. But, you should sit down with them every once in a while just to catch up(: I try to avoid it because the nights we do have family dinners, my step brothers are there and they always bring new friends and I feel weird eating in front of people I don't know haha. BQ: A family who eats together can be just as divided as one who doesn't. Sometimes it can help you bond, sometimes it's awkward silence or watching a tv show with food on your plate. I don't think they are less likely to be troubled, my brother spends over 10 hours a day on the computer, smokes pot, does ecstasy, is really perverted towards girls, yet my mom makes him eat with the family every night.

My kids and all of their friends loved my chicken and noodles! I boil chicken breast (boneless is easiest) in water. In another pan I cook Reams egg noodles in chicken bouillion; 2 or 3 cubes with chopped carrots, onion, and celery; bring to a boil. (You can substitute other veggies you like.) When chicken is done I just cut, or pull it apart and add it to the noodles. Shake up some milk and flour and add to the pot to thicken. Stir occasionally and you are good to go.

When my boys were in high school all of their friends loved this dish. Quick, easy, and inexpensive. Makes a big pot and left overs are really great!

#1. Grilled chicken over salad. Marinate the chicken breast with your favorite Italian dressing. Grill it and place it over salad.

#2. Teriyaki Chicken, rice, and steamed carrots, broccoli & cauliflower. Again Marinade chicken w/ teriyaki marinade, my family like the one with pineapple juice. then grill the chicken breast. Make steamed white rice and in another pan steam the veggies. We serve our's in a bowl by layering the rice, chicken, then veggies.

#3. Sloppy joes, salad, & veggies.

#4. You can use leftover sloppy joe meet in Spaghetti. If needed add more meat or Italian sausage. Then make add salad & garlic bread.

#5. Stove top chicken. recipe is on the back of Stove top stuffing box.

#6. ?still have chicken left? Put BBQ chicken on wheat buns, lettuce & tomato, serve with fruit.

#7. Leftovers.

My personal favorite is to boil up some Teriyaki Chicken and Egg Noodles... serve the chicken over the noodles with a little extra teriyaki sauce on top.
