Alright you see I'm not fat, but I'm not musclure. Does running help me lose fat AND turn it into muscle?

I think that running is a great exercise to lose fat.
But I think if you want to tone your muscles you should do things like squats, bench presses, or weights.
I think pilates is also a great way to help tone your core, abs.

Yes, but for more muscles all over your body, arms and chest, you need to do weights.

Brisking Walking will help you lose fats, but not gain muscles.
