I LOVE cooking, but I am not much of a baker/sweets cook. I don't want to buy any more ingredients, so what do I do with:
six bananas
baker's sugar
aluminum free baking powder
all-purpose flour
bitter sweet choc.
1/2 cup semi-sweet choc chips
unsweetened choc.- I got a good deal, so supply is unlimited
heavy cream
vanilla
Please help!!!

I like MOST of the responses, but as a NOVICE baker (not cook) what do I do? I trully love the pancake idea, but I don't eat big breakfast. I Don't love somebody telling me what to keep in my pantry.

Invite some people over or cut recipe in half, this is a dessert by the way
EASY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Banana bonbons
Melt the chocolate chips dip the bananas in there and freeze them. You can cut the bananas in slices and have little frozen chocolate covered banana treats!
NO EGGS NEEDED JUST THE INGREDIENTS YOU HAVE Ganache over Whipped Cream filled Banana Pancakes
INGREDIENTS
9 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped
1 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon dark rum (optional)
DIRECTIONS
Place the chocolate into a medium bowl. Heat the cream in a small sauce pan over medium heat. Bring just to a boil, watching very carefully because if it boils for a few seconds, it will boil out of the pot. When the cream has come to a boil, pour over the chopped chocolate, and whisk until smooth. Stir in the rum if desired.
Allow the ganache to cool slightly before pouring over a cake. Start at the center of the cake and work outward. For a fluffy frosting or chocolate filling, allow it to cool until thick, then whip with a whisk until light and fluffy.
Banana Pancakes filled with whipped cream
INGREDIENTS
1 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
2 tablespoons white sugar
1 1/2 cups buttermilk (try using regular milk or Hey! Try the cream)
2 small ripe bananas, finely chopped
DIRECTIONS
In a large bowl, mix all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, salt, baking powder and sugar. Stir in buttermilk and bananas just until moistened.
Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot.

You almost have every thing for some yummy muffins:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
Mix:
1 and 1/2 cups flour
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
and Mix:
3 bananas
1 egg
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup oil or applesauce
then mix the wet and dry ingredients and add as much as 1 cup of chocolate
fill 12 muffin cups 2/3 full, then bake 15-20 minutes
I tried to double this once and it did not work, so double at your own risk.

If you have any corn syrup and and icecream maker this is good.
Banana Ice Cream
6 (approximately 2 1/4 pounds) ripe bananas
1 tablespoon fresh squeezed lemon juice
3/4 cup light corn syrup
1 vanilla bean, scraped
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
Place bananas in freezer and freeze overnight. Remove bananas from freezer and allow to thaw for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Peel bananas and place in bowl of food processor along with the lemon juice. Process for 10 to 15 seconds. Add corn syrup and vanilla bean seeds and turn processor on. Slowly pour in the heavy cream. Process until smooth. Chill mixture in refrigerator until it reaches 40 degrees. Transfer mixture to an ice cream maker and process according to manufacturer's instructions. Place mixture in an airtight container and freeze for 3 to 6 hours before serving.

Banana bread! Or perhaps, banana bread w/a hint of vanilla and chocolate chips! :-)
You can go to allrecipes.com, list the ingredients you have on hand, and it'll give you recipes that fit the list. Here's the link:
http://allrecipes.com/Search/Ingredients.aspx.
(If you're not big on sweets, others might be. You could take it to work, or curry some favor w/your family.)

Bananas with brown spots on the peel will grant plenty extra style than bananas with eco-friendly nonetheless seen. whilst you're finding to have cakes with better banana style i could recommend making use of the over-ripened bananas.
