My bmi is 20.9 and I usually work out about 3 times a week, but Ive gotten out of that habit within the last couple weeks. I really want to weigh about 125.

well i am 15 and i weigh about the same as you. i am average so you are fine. if you feel like checkin for yourself google online BMI. it will reinforce me when i say that you are perfect.

I think 145lbs is about right for 5'8", so you probably look pretty good. There's no need for you to go on a diet and loose weight, you're already a little light for your height.

Considering that at 5'8", the medical community tends to consider 140 pounds the healthy weight for that height, you are perfect.

You are under weight. You might want to exercise more and make sure your diet is healthy so you don't cause lifetime weight problems.

It really depends on your muscle to fat ratio. Find out your bmi.
