My hair is medium length, so it's around 2 inches below the shoulder, and I want it to be styled and colored like this picture. It really depends on where you get it done. In a salon versus those cheap $10 unexperienced places.
I went to a salon with pretty reasonable prices:
Haircut $25
Bangs $5
Color $60

It's all depends on where you go. If you want ot save money you could have a friend help you color your hair since it looks like it's one solid color. It looks like she has a really dark brown. Don't dye it black because it's really hard to lighten it. As far as the hair cut, I'd say no more the $50 depending where you go just make sure you bring in the picture.

coloring and cut all together I would say an average of $60. That is if you go to a above average hair dresser! Which is always smart because you should always want the best handling with your hair. For one mess up can ruin years of hard work!

Well it wouldn't cost that much like about $10-$15 and to dye your hair will not cost that much either like about $35

It depends on whether you go to a high-end salon or something else. At a high-end salon (or one that specializes in color, etc.), it could be $100+. Find a salon you're interested in, and call to see what their pricing is.

Scene hair?
Color & cut it yourself like the scene kids do it.
Color&cut it they way you want it, instead of copying someone else's hair style.

take the picture to the hairdresser that cuts your hair. different places charge differently.

I don't know where you live,but here where I live probably it would cost between $35.00 to $80.00.It reminds me of a long shag..It is cute.
