how do you make the adobe 'install me' screen quit?

Adobe something has repeaetedly flashed an "Install me" window and I can't make it STOP ... how can I make it stop asking ??

I've "read" it many times, and there is not clear option ... the closest is "Delete entirely" or some such ...

It is probably either to Register your Product, or to upgrade or update,
Take the yime to read it and do what it says and chances are it will go away.
