Neither like it or hate it. It annoys me because it exaggerates the effects of global warming.
The kid says that by the time hes grows up there will be no fish left in the sea, the polar ice caps will have melted, sea levels will have risen and submerged entire countries etc etc -none of which is remotely true.
It's things like this which do nothing to get across the real science and the genuine problems we are facing because of global warming. It is a serious problem, the effects don't need to be exaggerated.

This video, is very powerful. But, I feel he is taking a very wrong step towrads this problem. If he wants the support of adults (which as a kid he will surely need) he really needs to think carefully about blaming ALL adults. This leads me onto another point, that it is not all adults making the major descisions in the world, and he should definitly be honing his anger to them.
To the general public, he should be addressing them in a more "i need your help" kind of way.

Greenpeace is an evil socialist organization that is against all forms of human progress and industry. Their envy turns to hate as they blame multibillion dollar corporations for everything from Hurricane Katrina to the holocaust.

Personally, it makes me want to go out & buy as much coal as possible... so that I can burn it all for the hell of it...
& I'd now like a Hummer...
& I'd now like to think up some way of systematically wiping out every single 'kid with attitude' that adults, perhaps not all intentionally, have kept alive...
Stop giving kids like this Polio vaccinations & stuff like that
After all, those treatments are developed by those pesky patronising adults he seemingly so despises...

Ok,
Now it's nine years later and this kid is grown up. If you look at all of the predictions, that he had 'no doubt' about, they have ALL failed to happen. Where is the actor now?

I think it's sad. That little boy should be out playing with his friends not being so upset by all the global warming hype. Global warming is the new "duck and cover."
