That is, in reality or in meditation or dreams, but where it was a real "almost" connection to it. It was THERE. I am talking about the level of evil you would find in a serial killer -- that kind of raw, unthinkable energy. If so, how did you react to it? What did you do to protect yourself from it? How did it really feel to you to have to face off with that kind of energy?

I was checking out at a local store one day. Suddenly, this man rushes up next to me and got into my personal space. He towered about 1 1/2 feet taller than me. At this point, I had not even looked at the man, I just felt the pure evil presence he exuded. It really freaked me out. I moved a few steps away from him and looked at him in the face. His eyes were burning. I don't even know how to explain it, but he had no expression on his face--no anger, no sadness, no hate. He also did not have the look of the mentally ill. He looked at me, kind of. I guess it was more like he looked right through me. He did not make eye contact, but looked right at my eyes and beyond. It was the creepiest feeling I ever felt. I said nothing to my husband who was with me, but noticed that he began moving to get between me and this man. When I left the store, I could still feel his cold gaze on me. When we got out of the store, my husband said, wow, that man seemed like a rapist or a serial killer. I have never felt a presence like that before. It still gives me chills thinking of it even though it was almost 4 years ago.

No I don't think so. I have met some $hitty people in life but pure evil, I don' think so.

I believe that dark souls do exist however. According to some, one of them would not go near this question. A dark soul does not consciously want to think about it. I don't know if that is true but it sounds feasible to me.
