It's across the street from where I live. My cat is just sometimes sitting on thier driveway or walking in thier bushes. If he's that comfortable, is it because they are feeding him or just because he likes their cats? (The other cats are neutered most likely) My cat doesn't have a collar, so my neighbors may think he is a stray.

I could go and ask, but wanted to see if it was worth it first. They DO seem like the type of couple who would feed cats.

I would be more concerned at what else he is getting into if he is allowed outside. I hope if you are letting him run loose, you have him on a good flea and tick medicine like Revolution. I hope you also know that he can get into fights with other male cats even if he is neutered. If he goes into any other cats territory, he will be in a fight. I also hope he has all his claws if he is allowed outside because he cannot defend himself without them. Also, did you know that indoor cats live over twice as long as outdoor cats mainly because they do not catch the diseases that outdoor ones catch. Your cat can get anything from any other animal that has a disease that he eats the same food from or drinks the same water from. Be good to your kitty and keep him inside and safe. That is the best way to love your feline. That way you know what he is eating and where he is getting his water from too. And you also know that he hasn't come in contact with some bad disease. There are cats out there called ferals. They are domestic cats that have been kicked out of their homes or abondoned by owners. Most of them are not current on their shots and also have a good chance of having rabies. If one scratches your cat or bites it, your kitty will get rabies so if you plan on keeping him outside, be sure to keep his rabies shots current. Also keep his feline aids leukemia shots up too as well as his distemper boosters. That is just as important as what he eats outside. Your kitty isn't just going to that neighbor if he is left out to roam anyway. His territory outside can be as large as a quarter mile for a domestic cat so you would need to ask an awful lot of folks if they were feeding him. Better just keep him in for his own protection.

Cats are just like that, they enjoy checking out other things. Even if your neighbor is feeding it, it will still come home.
Mine use to disappear for 4 or 5 days and come back all brushed and pretty. I wasn't complaining ;)

I dont know enough about them to determine if they would feed a unknown cat. You should keep your cat inside, danger comes upon cats when let free into the outside world.
