I need to cast a protection spell on a small crystal stone that I have. Not to protect the stone though, but that I can put on a necklace and wear to protect me... I can't wear an amulet or my parents will freak, so I have to make my own.. any ideas?

Get a black tourmaline stone and carry it in your pocket. You can get them for about $1 at any metaphysical shop that sells stones or if you have a rock/mineral shop in your town you can find it there. A spell is short term and temporary, the stone works for as long as you choose to carry it. If Mom & Dad ask, it's your "lucky rock". That's all they need to know.

That depends on what SORT of protection spell you feel that you need. If it is merely a "general spell of protection" for the home to keep out illness, then the best spell you can use is a bucket of warm water with detergent and a capfull of bleach. Clean the whole house in a deosil direction while keeping thoughts of Health in your mind and clean up everything that looks like it might be a source of germs. Finish it up with a spell of purifying by wafting a sweet smelling incense around such as Lavender or Gardenia or even sweet grass. This way you have done the Mundane portion of the spell (cleaning up the sources of disease) and the spiritual portion (imparting your physical and spiritual energy into the spell (intent and desires for good). A good spell tends to have elements of BOTH the mundane and the spiritual, and the practical and the theoretical. To completely rely on one or the other tends to work against you. It is like someone with appendicitis relying on a FAith healer ONLY. It MIGHT work but having the Faith healer do his/her thing PLUS going to the doctor will more likely result in healing of the appendicitis. Brightest Blessings, Raji the Green Witch

you don't need the crystal or the spell. You can protect yourself by visualizing yourself within an oval of white light. Ask higher beings (God, spirits, guides) to enforce this protection for you. The more you actively visualize this the greater the protection you will have...

No offense...But you need to wear a crucifix for protection. Have it blessed by the priest. promise you it will protect you so long as you wear it and believe in it's power
