theres this girl that i really like and i want to ask her out but i dont no if she likes me wat do i do and ill describe myself to find out if im nervous cuz of my looks
-medium long brown hair curls at back
-hazel eyes
-nice tan
-very athletic
-smart as hell
-play many sports
and im average height and a bit underweight for 13

Looks isn't everything. If you have a good personality then you can get almost any girl you want.
Don't be afraid of being rejected, the worst that can happen is that she will say no. And if she does she'll be missing out.

i think you just like her so much she makes her nervous just ask her out it never hurt to try whats the most she can do say no ut i think you should go for it you sound like a really really cute guy if only you were a year older i would date you

everyone is afraid and it is normal to be scared, try asking online or in person which is th best. If not in person they might think you are scared
