I would want a big juicy cheeseburger with lettuce and onion and ketchup on a nice bun. I would want good french fries (from a local restaurant that has great seasoned fries). I would want a vanilla milkshake, and for dessert, I would want a big slice of cheescake with cherries.

What I just ate! We live in Iowa and I just had a nice tender grilled steak with Merlot Sauce, sauteed mushrooms on top, Fresh Iowa Corn on the Cob (it's like candy here!), Beautiful Romaine Salad with Fresh sliced Tomato wedges on top and Blue Cheese Dressing, Fresh Baked Amish Bread (visited Amish bakery today) - and for dessert... Amish Red Raspberry Pie with Homemade Ice Cream from our local dairy farmer! I'm a city girl, but I love eating Country Food in the summertime! My dinner tonight was amazing!!!

That is a tough one. I would choose a salad, panang chicken curry over white rice and a warm chocolate brownie without nuts with homemade vanilla ice cream over it. Then I would die happy.

Real mexican tacos. REAL ones. With the small soft corn tortillas, either Tripas (meat- I wont tell you what part but it is GOOD), and cilantro and salsa. And a soft grilled up small sweet onion on the side and a grilled jalapeno. AND a glass of sweet tea.
But the other answers have a good point.......... I would probably be too freaked out to eat.

A large plate of Snapper and Fries.And a large Scotch to wash it down. Plus some Rum truffle Ice Cream.I cannot have any of these due to my diet.But if it's a last meal to hell with it.

Mmmm mint ice cream does sound good. I would want lobster, scallops, filet mignon, and king crab legs. Things that I can't usually afford to buy lol.

I would eat ribs, steak and pizza. I would eat Chocolate Chip Cookies, and Vanilla Ice Cream.

Greek style deep fried calamari in olive oil with lemon juice and garlic.
Pan fried dabob oysters. Sake (Alaska king salmon sushi)
Fresh mozzerella cheese on sun ripened tomatoes, drizzled with olive oil, topped with fresh basil and a twist of black pepper on a slice of crusty, Tuscan bread.
A bottle of Veuve Cliquot.
Fresh wild strawberries dipped in Sambuca and rolled in powdered sugar.
Double cappucino with a bit of turbinado sugar sprinkled on top.
They'd have to take me in a wheelbarrow after that meal.

Deep fried mars bars and ice cream because I've always wanted to try them deep fried (ridiculus? Maybe.) Sorry I'm not good at spelling.
