Absolutely.

Seeing someone exclusively means that you're in a romantic relationship with them. Boyfriend/girlfriend. No going out on dates with other guys. If a guy asked you to see him exclusively, and you said yes, you're taken!

No. It means that you aren't involved in any romantic way with another person beside the one you are exclusively dating. That doesn't necessarily mean that the 2 of you have decided to commit to having a relationship and all that it entails. It's more casual than a relationship in my opinion.

yeah. that's why non exclusive dating can never really be more than dating. i think open relationships are just a way of saying "long term non exclusive dating"

yes, even if you aren't exclusive it's still considered a relationship if you are seeing someone.. whether it's a casual relationship, a serious one.. or just one for fun.
