Not really, but you have to be careful...there's the chance he or she's just using you, and besides, the relationship most likely won't last - they're going to college, and by the time you go to college, they'll be graduating there, too.

But whatever you want to do, that's your business.

Just because you're going out with someone older doesn't mean that it's wrong.. As long as if you love each other there's no problem with it.
