i have days when i feel like im high on drugs and my world is spinning and everything feels so fast like I ran a race that exact feeling without running. just absurdly calm surface with a twirling inside

Sounds like you may be a bit hypo-manic, however, if that is all you are experiencing it is unlikely that you need medication. It is important for you to monitor your moods and watch for any careless or reckless behavior. Sounds like you have a good head on your shoulders, keep it up.

It does sound a little like a manic episode. Do you ever feel like that for several days in a row?
If you do, please go to a doctor.
If it doesn't last more than a few hours and it doesn't cause any problems in your life, maybe it's no big deal.
I feel like that sometimes when I don't get enought sleep.
