He might start talking loudly in your presence or start treating you as one of the guys. (Yes, this is a weird way to show he likes you, but it's one of the most common and strongest signals!).

Little things. Does he smile whenever your eyes meet? Does he go out of his way to talk to you? Has he done any favors for you? Held a door, opened a door, carried something--that kind of thing. Does he show up at places you are known to hang out?

If he goes out of his way to do things for you....he pays strict attention to your attire/grooming, etc. and he just does unusual niceties for you (saves a seat at lunch, etc.).
To further determine his emotions, start talking about other guys around him and see what his attitude changes to. That should definitely work...

Whenever he talks to you, he's trys his best to be funny sound intrested and make himself the center of attention. Also he'll try to be around you as often as possible without making it creepy.
Also, he'll do almost anything to see you smile.
