I am female, my birthdate is 7/3/1981 and I was born at approximately 10:30 a.m. e.s.t. I also had a sister who died almost 24 years ago as an infant and am curious about reincarnation; if it exists does any intuitive person out there have a sense if she will be, or already is, living again? Any experts who would be interested in giving me your thoughts? I'd appreciate it! Thanks!

how reincarnation works is that a new born can be considered a clean slate. When a person dies, their brain releases large amounts of brain waves. These waves are imprinted on the "clean slate" into the subconsious, so the new born will have the same tendencies as the deceased person. For instance, if the deceased person had a particular appeal for a certain style of chess, the new born would be more prone to be more comfortable with it.
