Energy bar and water. It will give you energy. Before you go to the matches, be careful what you eat. Because it may cause you to pass out. So eat a lot of protein.

First do not eat anything heavy, eat some kind of healthy crackers, bananas are good for you but to heavy from my experiences. I came up with a mixture juice (this is what I call it) of Gatorade, water, American Stamina Creatine supplement, ICE, Glutamine, and a shot or two of any kind of healthy juice you like. This is what I drink to get me through my tough cardio and weight training.

I would eat energy bars, bagels, and/or bananas. These are easy to digest and give good, quick energy.

Use Gatorade instead of water during competition, it has electrolites that your body need for energy.
