me and my friends are fueding with who used to be our friend. Its Her her younger brother and my best friends sister. But they keep ramming the garage with their bikes. The Garage has a whole bunch of dents and black marks on it. I have pictures of them doing it so can it be charged with anything?

Yes they can. Even if they are juveniles, they can be charged. Your parents will have to call the local police & file a formal complaint, pressing charges. The police will need witnesses to the actual event of the kids ramming their bikes into the garage. An adult eye witness would help. The charge could be 'vandelism' of private property. File a case for the reparation on the garage since they are liable for its damage. Prove it with pictures that you took.

Intentional damage to someone elses property. Yes, we have laws against that.
