You need to clarify your question further. If your asking if dentures cause cancer? the answer is no, they do not. You do need to clean them regularly for good oral hygiene, but they don't cause anything like cancer.

No, they do not cause cancer. They can hide it, however. If you have a problem with your gums, see a dentist, soon.
