Depends... have you been caught with a fake ID before? If so then more than likely you will get a few days detention maybe even a fine. But if you have not been caught before then more than likely you will be taken home and handed over to you parents, which may or may not be a worst than detention. Europe is typically more loose with underage drinking. Believe me being from Ireland I have seen my fare share. The other side of all this is that the club could also get in some serious trouble if caught.

I don;t think most of the people answering you realize you are in the UK they are telling you what would happen here in the States.

Oh yes you can! I don't know what state you are in but here is some info from Texas

Below are the punishments for committing the crime of underage drinking.

§ Class C misdemeanor, punishable by a fine up to $500

§ Alcohol awareness class

§ 8 to 40 hours community service

§ 30 to 180 days loss or denial of driver's license

If a minor is seventeen years of age or older and the violation is the third offense, the offense is punishable by a fine of $250 to $2,000, confinement in jail for up to 180 days or both, as well as automatic driver's license suspension.

Yes, you can. Possessing/ presenting false identification is illegal.
If you're 15 and going to bars I'd say you're heading down the wrong path anyway. You may think its cool but before you know it you are going to find yourself in a bad place. You're not even close to mature enough to even understand what you're doing even though you think you are. Nobody will convince you otherwise, I know, but sooner or later it will catch up with you.
I really hope you're not pretending to be of age once in the bars. Then again if people can't peg you as a punk *ss little high schooler then their probably as bad off as you are.

The bar could even sue your parents or whoever's ID it is that you use (unless it's your own picture)

They get ridiculous fines and some can't even be open for a number of months.

So imagine how much money the bar owners would lose and how happy they'd be with your young a88 if you did that to their business?

Think before you do

yes, I believe you can. I mean if you are under 21 and try to get into a casino in some states you are subject to arrest, so why not drinking establishments, eh?

Yup... I would reccomend not doing it to save your own butt. Wait out the time before you do stuff like that. They will have bars and clubs when you are 21... trust me. Don't get your life screwed up this young in life.

Yeah you can get arrested. And if you're using an id with someone elses picture and information on it they will also get you for identity theft. Be careful.

Depending on the ID, it could be a felony. And that could hurt your chances of getting a good job in the future.
